I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a oil change and last time it was 2 hours. This is too long of a wait for a oil change. I have used both ORR Chevrolet and Breeden Dodge and was always hour max.

Made appointment for 2 pm for forst oil change. Arrived at 1:45 pm and was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. At 3:30 I checked with Micah to find out they had not started. I agreed to reschedule for Thursday at 2 pm.

The best about my experience was the Service Representative Micah. Very professional, kept me informed every step of the way, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with everything. He dealt with my extended warranty company so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had over $12,000 worth of work done and the entire process was stress free because of Micah.

Did not fix my issue and gave me a bogus solution. I have this documented and will bring video of issue next time. I just bought my vehicle and 3000mil later having issues.

Met me before I got out of my truck. To the point and reminded me of a question I had messaged about. Very personable and polite. Wait wasn't bad and I had coffee. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need but showed me some maintenance schedules coming up. Now if you could have doughnuts or cookies in the morning that would be great.

The only complaint I have is when a person says they are going to get back with you in a few minutes and you have to call them the next day because they did not. This happened numerous times you need to figure this out

I was having issues with the vehicle that I purchased from this dealer new in 2017 due to a defective part that was installed on my car, but they made it right and I am very pleased that they were fair and took care of me

The rough idle is gone and the throttle response is a lot better after the new fuel pump and module was replaced. However it still has one of the issues I complained about with turning over an excessive amount of times and then stumbling on startup. This happens randomly. The long term fuel trims are at -25 or more sometimes.

It never had a problem at the dealer, so fix was not accomplished. went back to dealer when problem (alarm notification) reoccurred but went away when I pulled into dealership. Service is very helpful in trying to figure out problem. The issue does not seem to be vehicle problem but may be external signal from on star causing the issue.

Prompt efficient straight forward but willing to deal

Had an appointment at 1pm to change oil and rotate tires. Was originally told would take about an hour & it took 2.5 hours to complete the job.

I was scheduled for brakes and an oil change and say there for 4 hours. Tiffany was my service advisor and came to the waiting area with an update that my brakes were being done under warranty so with that information I decide to get an engine filter added to my service. They finally finish up with my Acadia and Tiffany actually gave me misinformation and i indeed owe for my brakes. Luckily i can afford brakes and a filter but her telling me my brakes were free encouraged me to go ahead and get a filter. Next I get home and my cars WiFi wasn’t working. I kind of blew it off I was just getting ready do a 15 hour car trip the next day. To my surprise it’s still not working and OnStar isn’t able to help me resolve the problem over the phone either. I can’t make a trip to any gmc location without making a second trip to fix an issue. While in the shop all my screen stuff is moved and messed up.

Took way too long. I watched my “Service Advisor” talk on his phone while my truck sat parked, ready to go for over 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes may not seem long, but when one has already been there for over an hour it was not right.

Very friendly employees. They kept me updated on the status of GMC truck. The repair was completed in a timely manner.

Professional and quick.

I was told it would be a quick turn around for my truck as they would not provide a temporary vehicle for me. I called after a week it took 2 days to find out nothing had been done. I let them know I needed my vehicle back they ensured me it would be completed the next day. Went to pick it up was not completed. This was a reprogramming recall job that should have taken just a few minutes. Unacceptable!!

What I don't get is a report of the status of car and what was done. At a former dealer, I always received detailed report of the examination of the vehicle. They reported on tire pressure, fluid levels, recommendations, and gave me a detailed paper I could refer to. That would be a helpful addition to your service.

Was told to bring my truck in to get some info about a part by a manager. Then after the shop looked at it to tell me what part I needed I was charged $189.91 for a diagnostic fee that I was not made aware of until after the fact. I told the guy in the shop I had no idea of a fee and he said sorry I should of told you that up front. 🙄😡

A very expensive issue and 2 more units that might yet need replaced? I'm working with one of your sales people to find something other than a GM vehicle.

2nd time for the check engine light leaving with no success Couldn't figure out what is going on with my sensor Then my car was left overnight with the window down so it rained all in my car and the window was put up on Saturday. I picked it up on Sunday and it was wet on the inside and humid. Then for 4 days it smelt like mold.

Very poor communication. Told job would take one day. Was not completed. Left car over weekend to get finished. Called Monday at 1130 told they were just finishing it up would be done around 2pm. Called back at 230 was told the car was not done and they didn't know when. We told them we would be there at 5 to pick up the car because we were told the friday before it only needed a few more hours. During check out was told it only took 6 hours to complete the job. The car was there Thursday afternoon to be completed and worked on Friday. Left me with out a car.

Took longer than expected. Also was told for the first time I needed 2 extra treatments, fuel and another, totaling $282. Also told need oil changed every 5000 miles instead of 7500 miles like the manual says. You all need to put out the same information instead of surprise surprise. I love the Denali except the paint has 5 or 6 chips already? I have had 10 or more new Toyotas, fords and General Motors the last 20 years and never had as many paint chips. I was thinking of buying another Denali in 27 but if I keep getting surprises I may go back to Toyota or ford!

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 1:30, I arrived at 1:00, I understand I was early. Also wanted to get recall taken care of, but they say there is still not a fix for it, so only had to address tire rotation and oil change. It was almost 4:00 when I finally was able to leave the dealership. I appreciate that they offer to take me somewhere if I don't want to wait, but if I make an appointment and choose to wait, I feel like 2 1/2 hours is a bit excessive wait time for a routine service!

I had a great experience. Got me in on the day and I wanted and was in and out on service day.

My appointment was Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and vacuum detail. Because my appointment was close to noon on Saturday, there was not much activity. I was met by the service manager & shown to the waiting area. It took a little over an hour and he returned to say the car was ready. He walked with me to the offic & explained what was done. I showed him my email with a coupon for a percentage off and he figured that in & I paid him. Because I walk with a cane, he went to the lot & pulled the car up to the door for me. My service was scheduled for 8:30 am on 9/21. Called twice that afternoon to get updates. Was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet but Ralph said he would call before closing to update me. He didn’t. Called on Friday morning and was told they were looking at it then. Finally around noon I received a phone call stating what had to be done. I had to have my rental car returned that morning so getting back to the dealership was a challenge.

Had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. Messaged the guy working on my car- he never responded.

Had appointment at 9:30 got there at 9:15 didn't get done with my car until 11:45.

Had an appointment for early morning. Dropped off truck at 7:30 am, came back at 1:30pm, only to find out that they had not even started on my truck. 5 hrs past my appointment time and they had not even pulled truck into the shop. Nor did they inform me that they had not started on my truck. This is the 5th time I've had my truck in for these issues and eac time they've had it over 5 hrs, leaving me without a way to get around.

When I picked my truck up from the body shop it was as if the accident never happened. They did a wonderful job matching the paint and repairing the damage. It actually looked better than before the accident because there were a few blemishes that were repaired when the painting was completed. The job was completed on the date promised and exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful people in the service department!

I had a difficult time trying to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I was told someone would get back with me, but they didn’t! Also, the front drivers side was filthy with black foot prints where someone was getting in and out of the vehicle.

It’s usually pretty good, but this last time was horrible!!!! I had an oil change 2:30 appointment, and did not leave until after 5!!…for an oil change, really?!?!

Scheduling my appointment was easy. When I arrived, I was met with a smile and checked in. They explained how long the procedure would take and showed me the waiting room which was clean and comfortable. They also showed me the hospitality room with coffee and cold drinks. Folks were friendly but it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had the first appointment of the day. Seems a little excessive to me and you can do better

I took my vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. for a recall appointment and was told I needed to leave it because the repair would take 4–5 hours. Around 2:30 p.m., since I had not received any updates, I texted to check on the status and was told they were still in the middle of the recall. I checked back again at 4:40 p.m. and was told they still did not have an answer, but that they would let me know as soon as they did. I then asked what time the service department closed. I knew the dealership closed at 7:00 p.m., but I was not aware that service closed at 5:00 p.m. I did not receive any response, so I called and was told they were already closed. At no point was I informed that my truck would be kept overnight. This is the vehicle I use to take my kids to school and to get to work. If I had been informed that the recall would take longer than expected and that they would need to keep my truck until the next day, I could have made arrangements. Instead, no one notified me, which caused unnecessary stress about transportation for my family and work. In the future, please make sure to inform customers in a timely manner so they can plan accordingly!!!!

Went in for oil change. Friendly, fast, and courteous. Everyone was friendly, couldn't ask for better service.

The entire experience was very easy. From salesman Jimmy to finance manager James everyone was very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable.

Everything was great but the 2 hours wait.

Found the car I liked made an informed decision thanks to great salesperson. Discussed money, financing and options. Offered many options, no pressure signed paperwork and was driving home in less than 2 hrs. Very happy with my decision and with all that made it happen.

My salesperson was awesome. He really took his time with me and was extremely helpful. I believe his name was jimmy. Everyone at the dealership was kind and not pushy.

In the past, my car came back washed and vacuumed. Perhaps this is no longer part of the service appointment??? Going forward, I guess I won’t expect my car returned cleaner than it arrived. No expectation = no disappointment
