My appointment was Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and vacuum detail. Because my appointment was close to noon on Saturday, there was not much activity. I was met by the service manager & shown to the waiting area. It took a little over an hour and he returned to say the car was ready. He walked with me to the offic & explained what was done. I showed him my email with a coupon for a percentage off and he figured that in & I paid him. Because I walk with a cane, he went to the lot & pulled the car up to the door for me. My service was scheduled for 8:30 am on 9/21. Called twice that afternoon to get updates. Was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet but Ralph said he would call before closing to update me. He didn’t. Called on Friday morning and was told they were looking at it then. Finally around noon I received a phone call stating what had to be done. I had to have my rental car returned that morning so getting back to the dealership was a challenge.

What I don't get is a report of the status of car and what was done. At a former dealer, I always received detailed report of the examination of the vehicle. They reported on tire pressure, fluid levels, recommendations, and gave me a detailed paper I could refer to. That would be a helpful addition to your service.

2nd time for the check engine light leaving with no success Couldn't figure out what is going on with my sensor Then my car was left overnight with the window down so it rained all in my car and the window was put up on Saturday. I picked it up on Sunday and it was wet on the inside and humid. Then for 4 days it smelt like mold.

Took longer than expected. Also was told for the first time I needed 2 extra treatments, fuel and another, totaling $282. Also told need oil changed every 5000 miles instead of 7500 miles like the manual says. You all need to put out the same information instead of surprise surprise. I love the Denali except the paint has 5 or 6 chips already? I have had 10 or more new Toyotas, fords and General Motors the last 20 years and never had as many paint chips. I was thinking of buying another Denali in 27 but if I keep getting surprises I may go back to Toyota or ford!

Was told to bring my truck in to get some info about a part by a manager. Then after the shop looked at it to tell me what part I needed I was charged $189.91 for a diagnostic fee that I was not made aware of until after the fact. I told the guy in the shop I had no idea of a fee and he said sorry I should of told you that up front. 🙄😡

My service advisor was right on my problem since it happened before. I appreciate the texting and keeping me informed. The problem i have is not trusting my vehicle because of the same issue twice and can't relax when I'm watching my dash for new lights to come on. A very expensive issue and 2 more units that might yet need replaced? I'm working with one of your sales people to find something other than a GM vehicle.

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 1:30, I arrived at 1:00, I understand I was early. Also wanted to get recall taken care of, but they say there is still not a fix for it, so only had to address tire rotation and oil change. It was almost 4:00 when I finally was able to leave the dealership. I appreciate that they offer to take me somewhere if I don't want to wait, but if I make an appointment and choose to wait, I feel like 2 1/2 hours is a bit excessive wait time for a routine service!

Had an appointment for early morning. Dropped off truck at 7:30 am, came back at 1:30pm, only to find out that they had not even started on my truck. 5 hrs past my appointment time and they had not even pulled truck into the shop. Nor did they inform me that they had not started on my truck. This is the 5th time I've had my truck in for these issues and eac time they've had it over 5 hrs, leaving me without a way to get around.

Very poor communication. Told job would take one day. Was not completed. Left car over weekend to get finished. Called Monday at 1130 told they were just finishing it up would be done around 2pm. Called back at 230 was told the car was not done and they didn't know when. We told them we would be there at 5 to pick up the car because we were told the friday before it only needed a few more hours. During check out was told it only took 6 hours to complete the job. The car was there Thursday afternoon to be completed and worked on Friday. Left me with out a car.

When I picked my truck up from the body shop it was as if the accident never happened. They did a wonderful job matching the paint and repairing the damage. It actually looked better than before the accident because there were a few blemishes that were repaired when the painting was completed. Never an unpleasant experience, staff is very friendly. I did feel like the desk assigned to my appointment seemed very overwelmed and frantically busy making him slightly unapproachable but the desk at the front of the office did compensate by being very helpful.

I took my vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. for a recall appointment and was told I needed to leave it because the repair would take 4–5 hours. Around 2:30 p.m., since I had not received any updates, I texted to check on the status and was told they were still in the middle of the recall. I checked back again at 4:40 p.m. and was told they still did not have an answer, but that they would let me know as soon as they did. I then asked what time the service department closed. I knew the dealership closed at 7:00 p.m., but I was not aware that service closed at 5:00 p.m. I did not receive any response, so I called and was told they were already closed. At no point was I informed that my truck would be kept overnight. This is the vehicle I use to take my kids to school and to get to work. If I had been informed that the recall would take longer than expected and that they would need to keep my truck until the next day, I could have made arrangements. Instead, no one notified me, which caused unnecessary stress about transportation for my family and work. In the future, please make sure to inform customers in a timely manner so they can plan accordingly!!!!

I’ve had my wife’s car in the shop twice spent a couple thousand dollars both times and the problem is still not fixed. This last time Zach said there were still a little shaking in the front end and it might be the tires or the brakes are pretty warm. Well, I guess he forgot that the last time he said it needed urgently breaks all the way around so I had them do that which didn’t fix the problem. I replaced the tires at someplace else and the problem still exist plus they take a week to get it done which is crazy.

Usually they are great but I was really let down this time Took my truck over and theyvsaid they would call me when I could bring it back to get it fixed. He said they would call my extended warranty and get me in. After 2nd or 3rd week i called and said i would get a call back. I called after 2 days and finally got my person on the phone. I'm unsure if my issue is fixed yet. I was told last time that if the update didn't work, GMC would replace the amp. I am still being told, after another visit, that GMC is not ready to go that route. Also, my truck got mixed up with another person's vehicle, and my oil was changed. This sounds great and all, except that I just changed my oil three weeks ago with premium oil, and now it's drained out. $100 down the drain.

Seems like something’s changed with the service center. The communication has gone down. I brought my Yukon in due to a light being out. They took a day to realize they would have to order a part and rescheduled for me to come back. I spoke with the manager directly and he said when we come back it’d take 2 hours. We dropped it off the night before so we could get it back in the morning. The next day they didn’t look at it till the afternoon which is when they informed me they got the wrong part. Fast forward 2 weeks when I had to call to see if the new part came in they say yes, not sure why I have to call to check. Again I dropped the car off the night before no urgency when I ask for updates they said it’d be ready at the end of the day. When I went to pick it up (never received a call that it was ready) it was sitting there. No review of what was done or fixed. The guy that had my paperwork and keys just looked at the lady for help. She gave me my keys and said I’m good to go. I requested they look at my tire that was low with air. It’s again low and I have to now go to another shop. I pay a premium to be serviced at a dealership. This isn’t what I’d expect.

Came in for oil change & rotation. When I picked up car, grease rag inside car, grease on visor, oil spilled over engine which created smoke & burn smell and my cap is missing from my windshield wiper tank. Returned vehicle and team did the best to make it right.

I bought a policy to take care of oil changes through the dealership for my vehicle. The customer service rep came to me later telling me my bill would be over 500 dollars and wanted me sign. When he was asked for what he said just a minute and came back with some papers and said for engine refreshing and air filters for cabin and truck. I told him I only wanted oil changed and tires rotated. That is all. About twenty minutes later he called me I could use a cabin filter. I again told him no just do the oil change and rotate tires. When I came in to pick up my vehicle after being called. A different person in service told me my paperwork was not ready yet but I could take my vehicle. I never did know what they did

Didn’t fix nothing at all they just ran a diagnostic and charged $379 for that for them to not even fix what was requested. Returned the truck in the same condition saying they couldn’t find a problem, but yet charge $379 for doing a bunch of nothing.

My car had been under a recall for over a year and my engine failed while in a tunnel on the interstate. I still haven't received a refund for the tow. The communication between GMC and the dealership has been insanely poor. Since the recall, my vehicle had been at the dealership numerous times for oil changes and another recall as well. Why would they not tell me my vehicle had an engine fail recall at one of these visits or why did I never receive a notice from GMC. To top it all off, when I finally received my vehicle back the license plate had been stolen while in the dealerships care.

It was ok oil change filter a multi point inspection was 218.00. Way way to high plu whike I was waiting fir my change a guy came in and show me some suggestions to have done I asked how much right at $2000.00. That's crazy when I only have 27,000 on my truck. Then he came in again while I was waiting suggestions a air filter change I asked how much 70,00. Again ridicules. I will more than likely find a new place to get service. Plus I may have had points enough to get free the woman asked me but since I did nit know she dud not look up yall have all my info right there point of rewards and all. All the same exact things you did I could have had done at Walmart for 60,00. Was not satisfied

First of all I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I was tired of sitting so I was walking around and saw my vehicle in the parking lot and it was obviously finished but it was almost 30 minutes before they came to get me and tell me it was ready. When I left it was riding very rough. They had filled my tires with too much air. Tire pressure showed 38 and 39. I had to go to Discount Tire to have them check tires and let out some of the air.
