What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose customer concerns and perform quality repairs
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and Parts Department
- Utilize a state-of-the-art inter-dealership communication system
- Maintain accurate repair order updates throughout the process
- Collaborate with technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow

- Collaborate closely with fellow technicians and dealership staff to ensure efficient workflow
