What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose customer concerns and perform quality repairs
  • Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and Parts Department
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art inter-dealership communication system
  • Maintain accurate repair order updates throughout the process
  • Collaborate with technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow
