What You’ll Do
- Diagnose customer concerns and perform high-quality repairs
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and Parts Department
- Use a state-of-the-art communication system to update repair orders in real time
- Collaborate with technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow
